Brandon Knight is playing arguably the best basketball of his young career early in the 2014-2015 season. This embarrassing play notwithstanding, of course. Watch the Milwaukee Bucks point guard drive around the ball-screen and set up the defense with a slick step-back before temporarily losing his mind and throwing the ball out of bounds.
Interesting. But further scrutiny lends credence to Knight’s decision – assuming there was a teammate on the wing instead of simply air.
The 22 year-old was shooting 3-14 on two-pointers outside the paint going into tonight’s game against the Indiana Pacers. Maybe Knight just understands the value of good shot selection much, much more than everyone else? He did score 23 points on 10-16 shooting, leading the Bucks to a 87-1 road win.
