Derrick Rose is looking pretty, pretty good. Playing against the Detroit Pistons tonight, the 2011 MVP is showing no ill-effects of the sprained ankles that kept him from the Chicago Bulls’ last two games. Watch Rose take the outlet from Joakim Noah and begin a vintage one-man fast break that ends with an and-1 layup.

Tom Thibodeau has Rose on a minutes restriction tonight, so his numbers are unlikely reflect a healthy performance. But if the first quarter versus Detroit is any indication, Rose is well on his way to a full recovery from those balky ankles.
