Despite their success as a program, only 20 players that attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison have made it to the NBA. And until Alando Tucker makes it back in from the D-League, that leaves Devin Harris as the only current Badger representative. After going 29th overall to Phoenix in the 2007 NBA Draft, Alando Tucker has since played in 51 games for the Suns and T-Wolves. But with some time overseas under his belt, he’s decided to give the NBA another shot. Last week, the D-League’s Texas Legends drafted the 6-6 swingman with the second overall pick. Around that same time, he dropped this track off his forthcoming mixtape, Critical Thinking, set to beat of J.Cole‘s “Roll Call.”
I don’t know how much Steve Nash had to do with this, but I’m pretty sure he has a second career in comedy/film once he’s done with playing basketball. You too, Alando.
