U.S. Customs Harasses Man Over New Li-Ning Shoes
Our friends at Li-Ning had a little problem importing their latest breakthrough sneaker, the F2 (which stands for Foam Frame). Shipments of the single-mold shoe were held up by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, delaying their launch in the States. Conspiracy theories abound as to the reason for the F2’s delay in customs. Was it the radical design that caused inspectors to think the product was something more nefarious than shoes? Could it have been pressure from sneaker competitors? Watch and find out.
