So Much Wrong with LeBron

LeBron James

With no games on the schedule and only tonight’s Celtics/Cavs Game 6 to look forward to, LeBron James was at the center of the basketball world’s attention as everybody tried to make sense of just what the hell happened to the game’s biggest superstar when he choked in the biggest game of his season … At any time Wednesday you could have gone to any sports website, and 85% of them would’ve had LeBron as the top story. When they weren’t signing the death certificate on the King’s reign as a clutch player, they were stamping his plane ticket out of Cleveland, or playing doctor regarding LBJ’s elbow. Read More »

Mike is the only player who you can refer to simply as “G.O.A.T.” and everybody knows exactly who you’re talking about. And yet, over time I’ve come to learn one almost unbelievable truth: Read More »

“He gave my beloved Knicks a double-nickel”

D-Wade

Trying to follow D’Antoni Logic will give you a headache. Remember Kobe‘s 61-point game, when Coach D waited until Kobe had about 57 on the board before he finally decided to bring a double-team? Last night was the same thing. Dwyane Wade dropped 50 on the Knicks through three quarters, and it literally wasn’t until he’d hit 55 in the fourth — one shy of Glen Rice‘s Miami franchise record — and the Heat were up double-digits that D’Antoni started having his guys double D-Wade.
