Carlos Boozer Reminds DeJuan Blair That He’s Still A Rookie

Can you say contract year? There have been moments this season where Carlos Boozer has been looking like an absolute beast. Just last week, we posted this video of him giving Udonis Haslam the business. Last night against the Spurs, Boozer crushed rookie DeJuan Blair’s self esteem with this dunk. Deron Williams Can Dunk When He Wants To

When the Jazz were in New York a month ago, I asked Deron Williams why he doesn’t show off his underrated hops more. He responded, “Eh, I don’t need to. When I need to, then I try.” I guess last night was one of those times he felt he needed to as he exploded for this impressive jam against the Spurs.

Who’s Going To Be Better: Jazz or Blazers?

Earlier this week, Sports Illustrated ran a poll with a bunch of NBA scouts for their season’s predictions. Not surprisingly, the scouts had the Lakers and Spurs at the top of the Western Conference, but what struck me as interesting is they had the Jazz fourth behind the Blazers.
