Jon Leuer Finishes Off The Nice Double Alley-Oop From Eric Bledsoe

Jon Leuer is starting to find his stride with the Phoenix Suns, as evidenced by this perfectly-executed three-man fast break that culminated in Eric Bledsoe catching a lob midair, before then tossing it up to a streaking Leuer, who finished it off with the emphatic two-hand jam. Leuer had 12 points on 6-of-9 shooting for the Suns.

Brandon Knight led the way for Phoenix with 25 points on 9-of-19 from the field, to go along with six assists, four steals, and a pair of blocks. He scored nine of those points in the fourth quarter and made a career-best seven three-pointers on a career-high 14 attempts from beyond-the-arc. Bledsoe added 23 points, nine assists, and five rebounds on 50 percent shooting. He flirted with joining the 5-by-5 club with four assists and four blocks for the game.

Zach LaVine was the high scorer for Minnesota with 28 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field, including 3-of-4 from downtown. Kevin Martin added 19 points for the Timberwolves, while Andrew Wiggins chipped in 13 points on 50 percent from the field. The Wolves had five players total in double figures but committed 24 turnovers. Trailing by 19 at one point, they went on a mini-run during a fourth-quarter stretch when the Suns didn’t score for nearly four minutes.
