Need another reason to love Bruce Lee? Here you go. With last year’s LeBron 8 as the base, Laptop LaSane went all out with a custom designed centered around the famed martial artist. A yellow base is highlighted by red accents, red laces, red splashes on the soles and a red-eyed dragon on the tongue. Sadly, these will probably never be available. Read More »

The Nike LeBron 9 line has produced many crazy colorways, and in the past few days, we’ve seen some incredible ID versions of the sneaker. But here is one of our favorite renditions: the Nike LeBron 9 Low “Liverpool.” According to our friends at KicksOnFire.com, the model is an ode to the Liverpool FC, the soccer team where LeBron has a minority stake. A red upper and turquoise accents come together to create one of the nicer colorways of the year. Read More »

Yesterday, we showed you some Kobe Bryant-inspired Air Force 1s that just look super dope. Now check out these Nike Air Force 1 Premium Highs, which some say have been inspired by LeBron James. Thanks to SneakerNews.com, you can see the resemblance: a black smooth upper and white outsole with red accents on both the “AIR” and in the interior lining. Read More »

And they said Kobe Bryant could never sell sneakers. Besides his own signature line, Bryant is the inspiration for these joints, the Nike Air Force 1 Premium “Black Mamba.” Courtesy of Nice Kicks, we have pictures of the sneaker that’s considered the heir to last year’s Nike Air Force 1 “Kobe Bryant.” These joints have an anthracite upper with purple leather lining (with a matching “AIR” logo), and fresh white soles. These will drop in select Nike retailers on April 28. Read More »

Nike introduced The Pearl Collection earlier this year, and in continuing the collection, they’ve released these dope Nike Air Force 1s in a camo colorway. The shoes also include a full-length visible air unit, highlighted with total orange color, along with waxed laces, an embossed leather tongue and heel tabs. There is also distinct cushioning, and the upper is meant to showcase the look with a canvas Vac-Tech construction. Read More »

Who remembers the Y2K craze? The world was supposed to end, or at the least, society was supposed to collapse. We got a terrible Will Smith album (Or if you were a misguided soul like me, you probably liked it.). We were all planning to end up like John Cusack in 2012, flying planes through buildings and angling for tickets to some special ship. But the best thing to ever came out of the year 2000 was the Sportscenter commercial. Who remembers it? Mark McGwire smashing computers. Charley Steiner, with a tie around his forehead, yelling, “FOLLOW ME! FOLLOW ME TO FREEDOM!” Read More »

Nike Basketball has unveiled their new “Elite Series” of sneakers that bring about advances in lightweight construction, enhanced fit, dynamic protection and distinctive colors. The Nike Kobe VII, Nike Zoom Hyperdunk and LeBron 9 will all be available in both black and white colorways. What’s dope about them, besides the technology, is that each style worn on court will initially display a special white Swoosh Design. But as the NBA playoffs approach, Nike will celebrate the player’s achievements by replacing the white Swoosh with a gold one. Read More »
